PROJECT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM «TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WELLS IN FIELDS WITH COMPLEX GEOLOGICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS»
Obviously, especially for specialists involved in the construction of wells for various purposes, in the process of preparatory work for drilling, directly during drilling, development, testing, conducting research, there are various kinds of complications, accidents, incidents, the prevention of which and their elimination is the main task of the contractor — driller. At the same time, it does not exclude the fulfillment of the basic requirements – ensuring the reliability of the separation of the productive reservoir (reservoir, deposits) and the preservation of their natural filtration and capacitance properties. Recently, in some regions, even methods of reservoir fluid intensification, in particular hydraulic fracturing, are beginning to be attributed to the wells construction cycle.
The listed types of work largely depend on many subjective and objective factors – the geological structure of the deposits, thermobaric reservoir conditions, the purpose of the well, drilling modes, the type and parameters of process fluids (solutions, the nature of the fluid saturating the reservoir, and many, many others). Similarly, the location of the deposit is land, the shelf of the sea or ocean, taiga, swamp, etc.
Thus, the training of a specialist, taking into account the above, should be treated with high responsibility. Within the framework of this program, we are preparing masters who are able to solve the above problems at the scientific level, whose developments are almost ready for implementation, and some are already being implemented. These are the works of graduates Shamsutdinov N.M., Rozhkov S.Yu., Sapogov A.A., Nikireeva D.S., Orlova A.E. and others. Some of the graduates’ work as managers at Russian enterprises (Nikireev D.S., Bulygin D.E., Sapogov A.A., Mikhailov I.S., Kartoev M.Yu.), others abroad (Chavchanidze T, Naji G, A.A.), others continue their studies in aspic (Al Haiti M.A.).
It should also be pointed out that the educational process is carried out by doctors of sciences, professors of the Department of Drilling of IUT (Bastrikov S.N., Salikov V.V., Kuznetsov V.G., Zakirov N.N., Kireev A.M.), professors of various departments (Shabatura L.N., Mulyavin S.F., Deberdieva E.M.) and invited from related universities (USPTU — Konesev G.V., Agzamov F.A.).
Master’s theses are carried out on the basis of modern equipment simulating the thermobaric conditions of the reservoir, involving methods of planning experiments and statistical processing of the results. As a working tool, software complexes are used – Landmark, Petroleum/
All this served as the opening of this program in 2017, its effectiveness and expediency were confirmed by the final state examinations and the defense of final qualifying papers. During the period 2019-2021, 57 masters were graduated, 42 FQW were defended with excellent results, 25 specialists received diplomas with honors.
The program will continue this year.
